Refund Policy

At OREOL ACADEMY LLP, we are dedicated to offering expertise training to doctors in minimally invasive surgeries, both nationally and internationally. We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent participants from attending the course they’ve enrolled in. Our refund policy is as follows:

1. Refund Eligibility :

a. Refund requests must be done prior to 7 days before the course commence date will be considered eligible.
b. Participants unable to attend the course due to unforeseen circumstances should notify us via email at [oreolacademy@gmail.com].

2. Refund Amount :

a. The refund amount will depend on the timing of the refund request:
– Requests made within 7 days of the course commence date: 50% refund of the course fee.
– Requests made prior to 14 days before the course commence date: Full refund after deduction of 10% administrative fee.
b. Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method.

3. Refund Process :

a. To request a refund, participants must send an email to our customer support team at [oreolacademy@gmail.com] with the subject line “Refund Request.”
b. The email should include the participant’s name, course details, reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation if applicable.
c. Our team will review the request and respond within 5-7 business days.
d. Refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method used within 6 to 8 business working days

4. Non-Refundable Items :

a. Any participant who has accessed more than 20% of the course content will not be eligible for a refund.
b. Services rendered or completed coursework are non-refundable.
