Terms and Conditions

 1. Enrollment and Registration:
 
 1.1. By registering for the Training Course (referred to as “the Course”), participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
 1.2. Participants must provide accurate and complete information during the registration
 
2. Payment:
 
2.1. Course fees are outlined on the registration page and must be paid in full at the time of registration.
2.2. Payment can be made through the provided online payment gateway or as otherwise
2.3. Course fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions.
 
3. Cancellation and Refunds:
 
3.1. Participants who wish to cancel their enrollment must provide a written email request to oreolacademy@gmail.com
3.2. Refund eligibility is subject to the following conditions:
   a) Cancellation requests received more than 10 days before the course date will be eligible
      for a 50% refund.
   b) Cancellation requests received within 10 days of the course date will not be eligible for a refund.
3.3. The organizers reserve the right to cancel the Course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be entitled to a full refund of the course fees.
 
4. Course Content:
 
 4.1. The organizers will make every effort to deliver the Course as described on the course page. However, they reserve the right to make changes to the curriculum, schedule, or instructors if necessary.
4.2. Participants understand that the Course is for educational purposes only.
 
5. Code of Conduct:
 
5.1. Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards instructors, organizers, and fellow participants.
5.2. Discrimination, harassment, or any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the Course without refund.
 
6. Intellectual Property:
 
6.1.  All course materials, including presentations (subject to courses), handouts, and resources, are the intellectual property of the organizers and are protected by copyright law.
6.2.  Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without explicit permission from the organizers.
 
7. Liability:
 
 7.1.  Participants understand that the organizers and instructors are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the Course.
 7.2.  Participants are encouraged to consult their healthcare provider before participating in any physical activities or exercises during the Course.
 
8. Photography and Recording:
 
 8.1. The organizers may take photographs or videos during the Course for promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to be included in such materials should inform the organizers in writing prior to the Course.
 
9. Confidentiality:
 
 9.1.  Participants may have access to confidential information shared during the Course. Participants agree not to disclose or share this information with third parties.
 
10. Governing Law:
 
 10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bengaluru without regard to its conflict of law principles.
